Now Hiring - Wedding Specialist/Catering Sales/Event Planner in Indianapolis, IN

Wedding Specialist/Catering Sales are responsible for producing weddings at our two unique venues. Follow our custom designed planning process from beginning to end to help make our clients wedding day a memory that will last a lifetime. The process involves, event design skills, staying current with trends and selling enhancements that will help make each event unique to the clients.

Remain in close contact with clients throughout the planning stages to after events. Having a personable and highly professional demeanor is absolutely necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with organization skills and the ability to multitask is key.

The hours worked are irregular, and vary based on clients' needs. A large portion of the work involved may be done in the office during normal business hours Monday through Friday, however it is expected to be present at events to ensure that all goes according to the contract and to purse new sales leads whenever the opportunity presents itself. This can often mean late hours and working on the weekend.

Must have a highly service-oriented demeanor, basic computing skills, higher level communication skills and be a team player.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
